Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CARRV website (carrv.ai) or CARRV software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using CARRV on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Products & Services

CARRV is a desktop-native enterprise platform consisting of two modules:

• CARRV Discover — process capture software that records user interactions across desktop applications.
• CARRV Publisher — editing and publishing software that transforms captured sessions into training content.

Both modules run entirely on your local machine or your organisation's infrastructure. CARRV does not provide cloud-hosted services, SaaS access, or remote processing.

Licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, Carrv Software Pvt Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use CARRV software on the number of machines specified in your licence agreement.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of CARRV software, except as permitted by applicable law. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or distribute the software without prior written consent.

Your Data

The .crv file format is a documented ZIP+JSON format. You may export, migrate, archive, or process your .crv files using any tool of your choosing.

Website Use

You agree to use the CARRV website for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, disrupt its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract content.

Demo & Pilot Requests

When you submit a demo request, pilot request, or contact form, you agree to provide accurate information. We will use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you have opted in, to send product updates.

Job Applications

By submitting a job application through our careers page, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share any documents uploaded (including your CV/resume). Application materials are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Intellectual Property

The CARRV name, logo, website design, marketing content, and software are the intellectual property of Carrv Software Pvt Ltd. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CARRV software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrv Software Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the CARRV licence in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carrv Software Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your licence if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using CARRV software and destroy all copies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of CARRV products or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
